Dr. Peter Inserillo was born and raised in a small town outside of Poughkeepsie, NY. He grew up playing a variety of different sports including hockey, baseball, and golf, however, he particularly excelled in soccer. He moved to Hartford, CT in 2011 to play soccer at the University of Hartford and pursue his dream of becoming a Physical Therapist. In 2014 he began personal training at a local gym and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2017. He worked as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at a Shoreline Conference High School as well as training a wide variety of individuals while completing his Doctorate at the University of Hartford. In 2021, Pete completed grad school and shortly after passed his national boards exam.
Dr. Miguel Santiago grew up in the Western MA but spent a majority of his childhood in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He grew up playing varsity soccer, lacrosse, and basketball in high school but continued his basketball career at Skidmore College. Following his time at Skidmore, he began getting involved in the strength and conditioning world coaching out of Train For Life in Chicopee, MA helping members move well, be strong, and enjoy life. In 2016, he decided to go to Boston to attended the MGH Institute of Of Health Professions to earn is doctorate of physical therapy with the goal of working with athletes and highly active individuals. During his time at MGH he work various strength and conditioning facilities in and out of the Boston area.
Dr. Ryan McIntyre grew up in Southington, Connecticut, where his passion for sports—including baseball, basketball, and golf—sparked a lifelong interest in physical health and performance. Over the years, his development as an athlete fostered a deep curiosity about strength training and its role in enhancing performance. He earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford in 2024, following a journey rooted in his love for athletics. While pursuing his advanced education, he became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist in 2023, further solidifying his expertise in optimizing physical performance and recovery. He is passionate about helping highly active individuals and athletes achieve their full potential and excel in their physical endeavors.
LeighAnn, born and raised in CT, grew up as a dancer. She started as a ballerina at a very young age before switching to her true love, hip hop. She followed her passion for over a decade, after which she decided to expand her dreams of dancing into a career in the fitness industry. LeighAnn began her coaching career in January of 2014. Her career spans many types of training – large group, small group, semi private, and private training; as well as all levels and ages ranging from beginner to athlete, and young adults to retired adults.
As a part of the Relentless Performance team, LeighAnn works as a strength and conditioning coach for all ages and populations. She is also the administrative manager, taking care of some of the behind the scenes tasks such as billing, social media, and so on.
Mason, raised in Winsted, CT, grew up playing baseball and soccer. His passion for sports and servanthood led him to pursue a career in the healthcare industry. During his time at Central Connecticut State University, he garnered a skillset that propelled him toward the start of his career at Relentless Performance. Becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2024, he continues to expand his expertise and will begin pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the Summer of 2025 at the University of Hartford. Mason is driven to help athletes grow beyond their perceived limits, creating a lasting impact on their athletic career and life itself.
